I am already a worker and temporary resident with an LMO. Can I get another one?

My work permit with this specific company expires in October 2015. But I would like to get another job.

1. Is it possible that another company can sponsor me with an LMO?
2. Would I still be able to work for this company in the case that can happen?
3. How long would that LMO take to process?

1. Yes.
2. You can continue working for your current company until you receive your new work permit tied to your new employer and new LMO.
3. 6-20 weeks for the LMIA. Then additional time for the new work permit.
