Long story short - I just realized I put in the wrong country of issue in my application - I have a saudi passport but I had it issued here in Canada (says so on the passport) - in the “country of issue” section I accidentally put Saudi Arabia (but the rest of the info is right) - is there any way I could amend this?

What is the country or country code mentioned in the actual passport?

Nope. Canada cannot issue a Saudi passport. It was delivered in Canada, but issued by Saudi.

However, they may be a "Place of Issue" field in your passport. If that is what is worrying you, you can use the web form and provide a letter of explanation

Yeah I may have to do that - cause it was issued here in Canada given that I renewed my passport here. Where can I find this web form?
