I had given an exclusion order 8 years ago and I appealed and IAD allowed my appeal and set aside the exclusion order and I’m allowed to stay in Canada and apply under Humanitarian and compassionate. And finally got my PR in 2017. My question is I’m eligible to apply for citizenship ?? Any idea would be appreciated, thanks

Not being a lawyer I'd say yes, as you won the case, legally got your PR status and by the looks of it have stayed long enough to be eligible to apply, but I'd wait and see what others would say. @dpenabill may be is a good source for this one

If you have lived in Canada for at least 3 years since you landed and became a PR, then you can apply.
