How will my experience be counted? Please help

So I have not been able to reach my employer - I do have an old employment letter from them when I applied for study visa. It is dated on June 8th 2019 and states that I have been working there from July 22, 2017 to till date (which would have been June 8th, 2019) along with my duties and salary etc.

1. Will this be enough for my CEC application if I don’t hear back from my employer?

2. Will this count as a 2 year? How will I get points? In my application if I select work history from July 2017 - June 2019 - I get points for 2 years as it does not take dates into account.

Please help or worse case I might have to travel to my home country to get a new letter.

If you left the employer, ideally the reference letter should be dated AFTER you left the company so it covers the whole duration of your work.

Yes but the current letter was when I was working there.

To claim experience, IRCC states that your reference letter should state some specifics - name, position, salary, hours worked and duties, which should be as close to the selected NOC as possible. Do you think your old letter satisfies this requirement?

I started working May 25, 2020, and I was not able to work for 3 weeks because I was sick due to covid acquired from work, my question is, is the 3 weeks still included towards my 1year(may25,2021) experience or I have to take another 3weeks to complete it to be eligible for cec? I am closed work permit under my company.
