Will I get an e-maiL? Will they send a letter to where my husband is? Will they be mailing a letter to the place I will be returning to in Canada while I await the entire process? I saw someone post a link and I don't remember what forum it was, but for Outland applicants it said it takes about a month for them to approve sponsorship. If we send our application by end of next week with everything correct, is if safe to assume that I will get approved as his sponsor before I leave in June back to Canada?

It's NEVER "safe to assume" anything with CIC. The only thing consistent about CIC is their inconsistency. I don't want to scare you, just to help you to understand that you'll make yourself absolutely insane if you depend on their timelines to be accurate, or if you stress about every discrepancy of a week or a month.

That said, I was an inland applicant. My husband and I both got an emailed letter when he was approved as a sponsor. The process may be different for outland applicants.

It takes about 28 calendar days to get approved. You will get an email if you added that as your contact info. You won't get any snail mail if you included the email, I don't think. You should get SA before you leave to Canada.

Sorry, not to be rude but I DID respond to this exact question in your other thread:

No need to make multiple threads for questions that have already be answered to you. :)

Also if my sponsorship gets approved (first step) how will we know? Will they send us an email? Me the email? Or will they forward a letter to where I will be staying in Canada or forwarding the letter to where my husband is in Europe while I am back in Canada settled and awaiting his approval?
:-X

Nope as long as all your documents are in either English or French (Canada's 2 official languages) then you're okay to just photocopy them! For example, I have a printer that is also a scanner so I'm just scanning the documents and then printing a copy.

When you fill out the forms you'll have to put your address BUT if you give them an email (this is ALL in the guides) then they will correspond everything through email. Although I have read other people say they got mail even though they included their email.

Let me give you some links that should help you out. I can answer any questions. I know how confusing it is at the beginning.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/3900ETOC.asp (this first link is the complete guide for YOU, the sponsor. It'll tell you all the forms you need and how to fill them out.)
