How to upload the requested documents if the Application is locked in Permanent Resident Portal?

We received two emails from CIC - one for Sponsor (me) and another one for the Applicants (my parents). Both ask us to upload the documents to the IRCC portal.

When we open our account (in Permanent Residency Portal), the application is locked and we can't open it to upload the documents.

Has anyone else seen this before? Should we use web forms to submit these documents?

Go on gckey link your application there should be a link to upload documents there

I created new GCKEY account and tried to link my application. The system could not find it.

Is there anything else I can try to do ?

You can also send a webform and add the required documents be sure to add your UCI and application number .

What error promt are you getting when you try to link your account to gckey?
