How to upload requested documents?

I have received a message that they require my transcript but when I go to my profile and check my submitted documents I do not see any upload button where I can upload my transcript, I have raised a technical issue but not sure if it will actually be resolved or ignored. Could you please suggest me what to do in this case?

Do you have optional documents in your list like letter of explanation?
Another way if you have a section where you upload your letter of acceptance , you can combine your transcripts with it.

my optional document section is empty and there is no upload option anywhere in the list of previously submitted documents so can't upload transcript with the letter of acceptance. I had emailed the support using web form just in case as well.
