How to upload 5669 to online account

I received an email on march 16th that they received my wifes inland spousal sponsorship.
On march 22 she received an email also which allowed us to link our application to an online account.
Her email had an attachment which told us to send in our schedule A background check and form 5669 by april 22nd at the latest. It took a while to arrive and translate and get back to us. We now have all we need to upload to our online account.
However... on mycic i cannot find a way to upload it.
On the "application status" it reads "background check - not applicable"

Can someone tell me my best next step? Send it by mail and hope it gets there within 3 days?

Or am I missing how to upload it?

Continue to scroll down to the bottom of the page... you will see a button that says "View Submitted Application". you will be brought to a new page and you should have the option to upload there. if you dont, you will need to upload through IRCC webform

So that means i should go to the IRCC webform and upload it? Where do i find that?
