I have couple of questions here.
1) How do I update the "Credentials" section of the Job bank portal? There are not many options available. I am a Security professional and have many worldwide recognized certs in the form of CompTIA Security +, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 22001 Lead Implementer, Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI) and EXIN Cloud Computing Foundation. As of result of my not being able to update these credentials, my profile reflects as having "No credentials", which is obviously bad.
2) Is there a way to upload my resume in the Job Bank? I couldn't find any.
Have you had similar problems? What did you do about it?
