How to track the spouse's file at the Cairo Visa Office? (ECas Unavailable)

Hi,

My spouse received sponsor's approval (after so long, for now reason) and he has been informed that the file has been transferred to my Visa Office , which is in Cairo, Egypt.

I need to contact the VO in Cairo but unfortunately there is no channel to send any inquiry, they have shut down the Case Specific Form they had available on their website as you can see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/cairo.asp

They also don't accept any in-person or phone inquires.

I tried to send an email message on the General: cairo-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca , but I never received a reply.

Any advise on how can track my file in Cairo Visa Office?

Try emailing again. It seems to be your only option. Or if you have proof of relationship to send them, mail it and/or scan and email it in. If your file has just arrived there, then it may not even be open and so they won't be able to locate it until the have opened it.
