how to track status of ATIP request

Greetings!

i have submitted ATIP request regarding the refusal of Temporary Residence Visa on 9 Sept but i have received no update regarding the same. 31 Calendar days have been passed. Can anyone help how to track the ATIP request. ?

but usually it comes in 30days,,i requested on 17sep and i got on 17oct
