How to submit WES report after receiving ITA

My questions is how do we have to submit the WES report after we receive ITA. Does the envelope have to be sealed? Cause I opened it to check my report summary. I am worried. Please guide.

It's not even required. You HAVE to open the envelope to add your reports number to your application. Just scan and merge it with the education files.
