Please help.

My ECA contained an error at the time it was submitted with my application. The error was that the place/country of study was wrong. I opened an inquiry and WES has now emailed me the revised ECA with the correct info. How do I submit this revised ECA? Do I open a case specific enquiry or just wait for an Additional documents request?
