How to submit new documents after submitting the application?

Guys,

Can someone please help me figure out on how to upload new documents after submitting the application? I had originally not submitted the FBI PCC as it takes more than 3 months to get one and instead uploaded a letter of explanation asking for additional time to submit it. In the letter of explanation - I had uploaded proof of applying to the FBI as well. I haven't seen any change in my application status since I submitted my application but I have finally received the FBI PCC document. So how do I upload this document online as there is no place to upload it? Any help will be appreciated!

I think you can't edit the application after submission. You will have to either wait till the VO asks for additional document or open a CSE and send this along with that - there was a link floating around in the AOR thread as well.
