I need one guidance. I have received NoI for EE through CEC class and in the process of consolidating documents
Last year, I had applied for a PNP for one of the province and it was denied due to local presence of the company. This was mainly an interpretation issue as legally our company can operate across Canada and immigration officer indicated we need to have a local office and denied the application and our company did not want to pursue further.
I am looking how should I indicate this in an explanation and what documents should I submit as part of the supporting documents?
