How to start with visa application after getting admission ofer from uni?????

I have got admission offer from uni of concordia. kindly advise me how to put forward my application for visa
i am from Pakistan
Kindly guid me step by step. i will be really thankful to all of you.

In case of Qubec, you need to apply for CAQ before you can proceed with the visa application. You have to apply it online and mail them the required documents. Once accepted, you need the forwarding letter along with other required documents (search the forum, there are many posts related to the checklist) to apply for the permit. Generally you will be needing your previous qualification certificates, proof of financial sustainability, CAQ (in case of Qubec), country tie (job/properties/affiliation), acceptance letter and regional documents.

1.visa application (form IMM1294)&student family information form
2.the non-refundable visa fee
3.passport in original
4.Copy of nic and passport
5.acceptance letter from the university,with advance tution fee amounting (if applicable)
6.original/copy of ielts/tofel test result
7.cv,job letter/cover letter if applicable
8All educational documents original plus photocopies
9.Affidavit of financial support on stamp paper of the person who is financially supporting you,same above affidavit on business letter head if sponsor is also a businessman
10.proof of the business of the sponsor (if applicable)including tax,certifcate from chamber of commerce,certifacate from anjuman tajran,audit reports etc.incase of govt employee attached job letter plus salary slips
11.property document of sponsor/yourself if applicable with english translation and evaluation certificate.
12.sponsor bank statement covering last 4 months
13.student personal bank statement if applicable.it should cover one year remanining tution fee and living
14.police character certificate
15.Family Registration certificate
16.CAQ if you are going to Quebec province

Bank statement should have maintained funds for last 4 months at least.

Dear buddy u missed
2 passport size photos (write name and date of birth on reverse of pics)
Birth Certificate of applicant (Origional +photocopy)
Study Plan, Study Permit Questionary (if applicable)
Applicant current employment status certificate (if applicable)
Hostel Accomodation arrangment filled form of xyz institution +
Photocopy of fee receipt (if applicable)


I think it is also one of the cause of refusal that student does not arrang accomodation in advance in Hostel, VO think that his families ties in Canada......

Most of cases are refused due to
Course not matched with desired one
Income problem
Study gaps (show experience and write in Study Permit Questionary)
No travel history for more then 6 months in Pakistan or abroad.....
Purpose of Visit ( does not mention in Cover letter /SOP)
Current employment certificate
Family residential status
Not bona fide that u will leave canada
(show strong ties, ur personal and fixed assets, loan letter, letter from employer................)
