How to sponsor spouse recently off welfare: married with 2 Canadian children.

Hi!
1) I was on social assistance for the past six months due to medical reasons, but I'm self-employed now for two months? How long do I have to wait before I can sponsor my wife?

2) Do i have to include my children (both of them have canadian passports and have received citizenship certificate for elder kid) in my sponsorship application or my wife's permanent residency application.

3) Can my wife get a visit visa as the processing time from Dubai is 26 months.

1. No you don't have to wait, but will still have to demonstrate how you intent to support your family.
2. No, they are included on the IMM 5406
3. She can apply, but unlikely that it will be issued.
