How to sponsor my brother?

I would like to know if i can sponsor my brother for permanent resident. I tried to google but getting confusing information. Can anybody pls send me relevant links?

I am a PR and i will apply for citizenship soon.

Based on your previous posts, you have a wife. So sponsoring your brother is not possible. If he wishes to immigrate to Canada he will have to qualify and apply on his own through an economic stream like Express Entry.
