Hello there. I am a permanent resident of Canada and I would like to sponsor my family to Canada.

As it says here:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ship/other-relatives/who-you-can-sponsor.html
I can sponsor only one relative.

My question is simple, how do people sponsor their whole family? Why does it have to be only mom or dad? That is kind of violent to separate them. Is there any other way?

UPDATE:
just saw this 'If the relative you want to sponsor has a spouse, partner, or dependent children who will come with them to Canada you must include them on the same sponsorship application.'

Does it mean that I can sponsor my mom and include my dad as her spouse?

I would suggest you spend more time researching, as you seem to have missed some very basic information. Note that unless you live in Quebec, you won't be able to apply to sponsor your parents until at least 2020.
