Hi guys I need some help relating to sponsorship for my friend. He is working as skill worker her spouse and one child is here in Canada but his another son is in foreign country and he is under 22 . Can my friend sponsor his another son? What should he apply work permit or visitor visa? But his son want to work in canada ? Can he eligable for work permit?

No - the son is not eligible for a work permit.

If he son wants to work in Canada, he will need to obtain an independent closed work permit through securing a job offer and LMIA from an employer in Canada.
