Hi, How do I send University application fee to a canadian university from Bangladesh? I don't have credit card and I have never applied before. How did you people send the fee? Was it a international bank draft or a world money order? I have standard chartered and Western Union near my home, should I send through them. Please help me!!!

Directly talk with your university mate.Tell them if you can not pay the fees by credit card i am sure they will tell you an alternative like bank draft or something like that. It is not an issue.

Hi
In most of developing countries western union has only inward remmitance... I am not sure about Bangladesh but India has only inward remmitance permitted i.e you can only receive money from abroad but cant send it,so western union will not help. I think you should take the swift code of your university generally available on application page with account number and go to your bank or any bank which does wire transfer along with the university form and your passport or photo id and the will charge some amount and transfer the money immediately into university account. Last option for u shd be international bank draft but it will be expensive then wire transfer.
Hope it helps
God Bless

Hi... I would suggest you take a Demand draft in Canadian currency and send it across...i did the same & its much safer.
