how to send IELTS scorecard to a university?? Momi , Inam help me sir

I want to know that , whether i need to send only a photocopy of IELTS scorecard along wid other documents(transcripts,LOR's , etc) or i need to directly courier official copy of my IELTS scorecard from IELTS officials???? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

i have asked and they are saying to deposit Rs. 1500 incuding speed post charges ...so now i have to spend more money for mailing purposes other than documents courier ....that sucks ??? ??? : :

ok bro i got it...is it mandatory to send IELTS scorecard in this manner i.e. by IELTS test takers using separate postage???
or they will even consider photocopy of my ielts test results(as i will be showing them my original result once i got there)?? ??? ???

so my question is that whether i can apply for visa with conditional offer letter??? @mead

Let me clarify things.

1. First of all, you need to send an inquiry to your university if original copy of ielts or notarized photocopy of ielts will be accepted. If they say only original copy will be accepted.

2. Then, you need to contact your test center with whom you had taken your test. It is either AEO or British council if you are residing in Pakistan.
They will tell you to come to their office in person, fill in the application form that they provide you and on the form you will have to mention your application number, univ name and personal details. And, you will have to pay whatever fee (Rs,1500) for international courier charges. They will also provide you a tracking number after a day or two if you inquire them by phone. Then, you can track your shipment as well.

It is an easy process but you gotta shell out money and it is a small sum comparing to what you are gonna pay for your tuition and accommodation etc

EDIT: All this admission process varies from university to university. for example, Simon Fraser accepts only original ielts score, or univ of Regina accepts scanned copies of all your documents through email or other universities simply accept notarized photocopies of your docs sent by an international courier.

No copy , just original directly from the British concil. If u have around one month deadline pay only 500 other wise courier charges.Most of the universities require original and directly from British council...

cant say anything about LOA it depends on individual universities.
if u get conditional LOA u can apply for visa but it is recommended that u fulfill the condition . So if u get LOA from university but by the time u apply for visa u have test scores then send them with visa application explaining u have satisfied the condition.

There is an option in the IELTS registration form (before the test) to name the universities where you want to send the results. But if you missed that (like i did) you will have to pay extra for each individual university. As in my case (in Pakistan) i had to go to the British Council to send my results. I had an option to send it via post (rs 500) or by DHL (rs 1000). Once you choose your mailing option, pay the money and give them the university address (yourself), the BC will send the results themselves
