I am going to migrate in Canada (first time) this coming March 2021. My spouse is coming with me through tourist visa. She has her visa already. But since the border is closed for non essential travel, we are planning to seek an approval letter from the government so she can go with me. I would like my spouse to company me on my initial entry to quebec. Can anyone help me how to seek an approval letter please. Thank You
