Need some help here. I wonder if anyone here has knowledge about how does a dependent of a principle applicant for EE (FSW Outland) can be entitled to domestic tuition fees? We received AOR about January 2020 by the way. I am considering applying for a study program to be started Fall next year, and I do not want to pay for the expensive international rate. My research finds that most universities in Ontario can change the student's fees from the international rate to the domestic rate once students can secure an "Approved -in- principle" letter from IRCC . So how can I get this letter? Anyone who has the experience?
