Due to some personal circumstances, I need to revoke my spousal sponsorship visa process. I am a principal applicant from pakistan. please guide me the process for revoking my application.

Simply write email to local VO and withdraw the application. they will send you specific form to fillout to withdraw your application

Send an email via case specific enquiry to your VO and include your UCI, application number, name, dob, and any other relevant information and state you want to withdraw your application for permanent residence.

I have already emailed to local VO, I have only received an automated reply through email from immigration office. Further,I need to know that if there is a possibility to re-file the case in future???

Once withdrawn you can apply again, however it's not that simple. They will question why did you withdraw, and the outcome will depend on the reasons you provided.

Agreed. Without very good reasons why you withdrew your application, a future application is doomed for failure.
