my application got rejected recently for lack of documents to support my experience, now i have gathered enough documents, seniors kindly advice me how to sumbit, do i have to start with intial application or use my old file no. and ffill out the application.

Yes, i'm afraid so...You will need to re-apply via Novascotia. They will send back your your application fees through the post as a cheque, in the main time do not wait till this money arrives, apply now because if will take a while before they issue a refund.
