My friend needed more time for her overseas police certificate.. The new cic account do not have a feature where you can write to them to explain you needed more time to process.
Furthermore, she did her RCMP Canada Police cert and thumbprint, in her cic account.. They state overdue but when she emailed rcmp, they told her already send in Nov 2.. Again how to send in "email message" to cic to clarify this matter?
