how to renew study permit with proper time remaining

hello i have a study permit til next april 2013

i want to know the procedure of how to extend the study permit,

as they have only given a toll free number and no information of any kind,
i am in vancouver, canada.

HI,
You should apply for renewal of study permit atleast 30 days before your current study expires.
You need to fill IMM 1249.
