how to register expired English test, cuz they say that It should be accepted?

HI People,
my IETLS test expired in December 2015. I was thinking about retaking it while I read from "Mon project Quebec" (section "Des réponses à vos questions"), that all tests that were valid before end of April 2015 are exceptionally accepted. however , the problem is that when I enter the exam taken date for my IETLS test, the system says that it is expired and I can't save the related form.
has someone here faced this issue? how can I move forward?
do you have Quebec immigration email address on phone? I need to contact them.

Isn't that only for French language tests? I might be wrong.

Indeed the asked question was for French test, but the reply seems to be related to the both tests.
my French test has not yet expired, and has been accepted . so, I can't determine if the exception was just for French test.
