How to prove relationship with Cousin

Hi,

I am sending my cousin a invitation letter to come visit me. How do I prove she is my cousin?

- she is attaching her job letter. She has been working for 2 years.
- she is also sending a wedding card with the application as later next year she is getting married in her home country.
-she has signed a lease for 2 years for apartment she is renting starting August and has paid 6 month advance.
- she has also paid a deposit on her wedding venue
- she is 25 years , she lives in Pakistan.

Senior members do you think she has a chance of getting her visa? This trip is my wedding gift to her

How do I prove she is my cousin?

If, for example, your mom and your cousin's mom are sisters then you can include copies of your mom's and aunt's birth certificates which state your grandparents names.

Also, include some correspondence/pictures of your cousin and you.


She can include the following:
Employment: Leave approval letter stating she'll have her job when she returns + 6 months salary slips + 2 years ITRs + bank statements showing salary deposits

Wedding: Any emails/correspondence with a few family members + a couple of engagement pictures


Do keep her visit to about 2 weeks max. + prepare a day-by-day itinerary for sightseeing, meeting family etc with expense estimates.... she must prove she has the finances to pay for the itinerary and the airfare without borrowing from anyone

Thank you for your help! She roughly has 3500 Canadian. In the invitation letter I will state I will sponsor her trip

I would recommend she saves some more money before she applies. The visa officer would like to see if she can pay for her trip (incl. the airfare) although you may buy her flight tickets later

Question- my dad and her dad both don't have their birth certificates... They are both 65+. Should I just she is a relative? Or still say cousin?

You can say she is your cousin.... explain how she is related to you.... include some correspondence and pictures (family ones if possible)
