How to proof a relationship for work permit application?

Hello, my girlfriend have a work permit and I would like to apply as well base on our relationship.
What’s the ways to proof our solid relationships for this type of application?

Are you common law (one year of continuously living together)? If so, bank accounts, joint utilities, leases/propertieis in both your names, insurance policies, tax filings as common law are just a few ways.

Are you living in Canada?

Yes but we’re new in Canada so don’t have any of this evidences. We’re together for two and a half years but most time been together in our home country.

any suggestions?

Did you live together continuously for one full year in your home country? In other words, did you have the same primary residence for at least one year continuously in your home country?
 
Not really. We’re young couple and we were not living together. We can show photos from social media from the last two and a half years but I don’t know if that will be enough. Also we traveled together outside of our home country for almost a year.
The question is what a young couple that weren’t living together can show at that case.

In that case you do not qualify for a work permit through your girlfriend. You must be either married or common law to qualify. To be classified as common law, you must have lived togther contiuously for at least one full year.

You need to be living together continuously for one year to be considered common law so your GF doesnt include you in the application. You aren’t eligible for a work permit based on her status.
 
I understand. We have only about 6 months of living together in our home country and the rest is here in Canada so we will try to put this together.
For the proof from our home country what we need is the lease/contract + it’s English translation?
Anything else?

Joint bank accounts showing living together for a year. Leases from the past year showing cohabitation. If lease needs to be translated then yes. Insurance policies, employment documents with next of kin. If now living in Canada and common-law, you should be declaring common-law on your income tax.
 
You mean we must get all these evidences together or one of them will do the job?

We can put together 2 periods of time of living together and show the leases, it’s a little more than a year.

As long as it is continious and you have utilities too, then you should be okay. Assume you are filing taxes as common law too.

for the Common law declaration form, should it be filled and signed only by us or any official body signature required like a notary or other..?

You have to have lived CONTINUOUSLY together for one year . Per the definition from the Government

To be considered common-law partners, they must have cohabited for at least one year. This is the standard definition used across the federal government. It means continuous cohabitation for one year, not intermittent cohabitation adding up to one year.
