I need urgent help please, my account was locked in 2021 with 2 pending applications and I opened another account I managed to link my application to the new one but I can't link my spouse's account, I received a mail on 2nd May 2023 n the locked account that they needed something from me to continue processing my application, I don't know what to do and I have sent several mails thru webform to unlock the account no response, when I tried linking the application, I received an error message saying ‘We found no application’
