How to link application to my account?

I've been trying to link my application to my account. The instructions say:

Click “Link application to this account” under the heading “What would you like to do today?”

But I don't see anything like this after logging in via the sign-in partner. Any ideas?

Thank you, that seems to have worked! Not sure why it wasn't showing up on my main login page.
