Hi guys, if IRCC doesn't respond when you report a change in your application, how am I going to know if they read my message and updated my application? I reported through the webform that I was changing schools when my study permit was being processed and they didn't reply. Now my application is approved but I don't know which school is associated with my application because IRCC didn't reply when I reported the change, and I don't find information about my school on my online account or in my Letter of Introduction. Can somebody help me please? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I guess you have done what was required from your end, that isn't a big deal
 
Yeah, but would it be ok to go to the second school that I reported even if they didn't confirm that they read the message? That is what has me confused. Because if they read the message I would be ok, but if they didn't read the message they would be thinking that I'm going to the first school, so if I go to the second one I would be going to the wrong school, and that would be a problem. But I don't know if they read the message or not, so I don't know what to do

yes you are right, that would be an issue, try reaching them by call because only they can confirm you that

Search the forum for change of DLI while applications are in process. Chances are your application was approved for the first DLI.

To be on the safe side, what many people do is submit a new application for the new DLI. Once it's received by IRCC, your LOI and Visa or TRV probably will be cancelled.

You'll find on the forum a case where someone submitted the new LOA for a new DLI while his application was in process. Then, IRCC cancelled his application and requested further documents. Last I read, he had waited over a year for a reply from IRCC.
