Am i eligible to work for 3 years if my collage doesn't offers pgwp eligible program for my 2 year advanced diploma in hospitality management?
How to know about career colleges which are eligible for PGWP ?

Without knowing the college name impossible to say but if a private college unlikely to qualify for a PGWP application and without a PGWP you cannot work post completion of your course unless you go the LMIA or eventually the PR application route.
