Since you hold a Bachelor degree, your level of studies in Canada should be either a Master's or post graduate degree. Otherwise IRCC doesn't view it as a logical progression in studies. If your program is not a post-grad degree, this is one of the items you need to change before you reapply.
I agree. There must be progression except if applicant is changing career particularly one that is more professional or highly in-demand in Canada.

I wouldn't read too much into the points given there. If you really want to know why then apply for GSCM notes
100% agree with you.. Better apply for a GCMS to know the exact refusal reason and notes from the visa officer who refused your application.
