How to include my spouse details in PR while my application in progress?

I am in Canada with closed open work permit and I have submitted my PR application on 11th Sep, expected completion date in IRCC is 11th March. I am planning to get married on 27th January in India and I have few queries to apply visa for my spouse from India.

1. Shall I include my spouse details along with my application after my marriage and get PR for both in same time?
2. Shall I apply both open work permit and PR for my spouse?
3. If I apply both then which will be faster ?
