I was thinking on opening a business to manufacture mobile phones in china and sale in Canada but I don't know nothing about
- how to find manufacturer in china ?
- how to import & sale (Law) in Canada ?

I am not sure you are going to make any money with that. The mobile phone market is saturated with all sorts of gadgets and gimmicks. Maybe you could do something unique?

You said it yourself.. why go into business about something you know nothing. What is your passion, your background? What can you do? Just ask yourself these questions, maybe you get an answer.

Rather that manufacturing them, perhaps you should just import and resell them. Start at sites like alibaba.com, or you can look for distributors in North America via google for specific brands that you are interested in.
