Can I apply for job at Canada from India

Yes. Doesn’t mean you can work in Canada. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job.

Once you have your LMIA from your Canadian employer, you apply for a closed permit. On the IRCC website is the application to apply. Click on Work. You may need ECA and IELTS when applying for your permit depending on your LMIA.

Told you above in #2. You need a job offer. So you need to search for jobs on Canadian job sites (google it). Few employers will go through the process as it is long. So don’t expect to get any responses.

Nova Scotia requires a job offer through a designated employer so you need to research the link provided. You need your IELTS and ECA (education assessments) to submit profile for any program.
