Well, you should have saved a copy of the report before sending the original out to CIC. If you ordered by WES, then it would have given you two original reports to begin with. If you can find a copy or the second report, then you can check the information in the online account that you created to request for the report. If not then, you will have to ask for duplicate report from the ECA agency for extra cost.

i have the online copy and reference number, is reference number the only thing needed to enter in express entry application
