How to get transcripts from two different universities.

Hello All,

I had done my MCA in two different universities. Till MCA sem2 I did in JNTU - Hyderabad, after that JNTU has divided the unversities based on locations. So, the remaining semisters completed in JNTU Kakinada.

Here, my question is do I need to get the transcripts from both the universities individually ?
