hi... i studied post graduation diploma for one year and now i’m on one year work permit. I have found a job as a full time employee in canada under mcd.. but i’m still
not sure with my PR process. I don’t have knowledge about any of the process.Can someone recommend me what can i do to get permanent here.

What province are you in? Search this forum for your province specific PNP threads.

If let's say you're in Saskatchewan, you can Google "Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program" and learn all about it. A one year work permit means you'll have to speed things up.
