Indicate the amount (in Canadian dollars) of unencumbered, transferable and available funds that you have. This amount can include the value of any property that you own, but should not include jewellery, cars or other personal assets."
 
POF are always VISA office specific, when he mentioned PAKISTAN it automatically means london office, which states

Below was mentioned in the fund request letter (with medicals) that I got from london directly. I applied to london after april 1st.

But I would suggest that major funds should be in Banks and only some gap can be filled by evaluation.
