Attach your parents Adhhar cards or passport copies as address proof and ask your parents to write a letter on blank paper mentioning their son/ daughter is applying for pcc from Canada and our address in India is this one...., also if you have your own adhar card with new address , u can also use that as a new address proof. Thanks

Thanks for your response. I have got proofs for the current address like voter id , CNG bill etc. will that suffice?

Assuming you are in India and your parents are living in the address mentioned on your passport (Say B) and you are currently living at city A.

1. go to city B, apply for PCC at local passport office. or just apply online and go there on the appointment date
2. After that Go to the police station near to you house in city B and ask about the officer who works in PCC and other passport matters.
3. Tell him you situation and request him, He will ask for some monies... so pay him or get letters from City B MLA or MP, whatever you prefer.
4. All done. But you have to be in City B for sometime, say for a week or so..

You were in SINP group so did you got your nomination..
