how to get passport stamped after getting TRV

hi, I got my TRV extension and I need to get my passport stamped as I want to travel to India and come back. I am not understanding the process and how and form where to apply for this. can someone guide me for this. Thank you.

Your question is not clear in that by TRV extension do you mean you applied for a new TRV from within Canada?
