How to get original transcript form VBU in University sealed envelope??

Hi,

Requesting you all to help me with the procedure to get the original transcript from VBU in university sealed envelop, is transcript a set of original certificate or a copy which would be sealed & signed by the Controller of Examination or Registrar's Offices.

Please help.
