But how do i receive an email from the NBPNP to invite me to submit a full application?

you have to send them an initial EOI (Expression of Interest) similar to submitting an EE profile, then they will invite the highly ranked candidates from this pool to submit a full application

i already have an express entry profile, but im confused what is the express entry key... The format on the form is like: _____-_____________
why is there a dash?
Is this the same as the E000xxxxxxx number?
