All jobs I saw are available for people inside Canada.

There are changes being made to the temporary foreign worker program so it's going to be tough but not impossible to get a job. Search these sites:

It's gives you a good chance of getting work. Some employers train workers but in that case they are more likely to take Canadians/PRs than go through the LMO process in order to hire a foreign worker.
