How to get Iraq Pcc???

Hi All, I am planning to apply Iraq PCC . 1) applying from India . 2) Applying from Iraq . Which way is more faster and please explain how to apply and how long it will take? Should i wait until I recieve ITA or should I apply pcc in advance?

Hi ChrisSJ....am in a similar situation I worked in Iraq and won DV Lottery 2021.I am now looking for a pcc.I contacted an Iraqi Lawyer recently to assist me in applying for the pcc but requested 1500$ It was expensiveI then went to Iraqi Embassy in Kenya and they captured my fingerprints,copied all my docs and gave me a package to send to Ministry of interior...after 3 -4 weeks,the pcc will be ready but must be taken to Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Certify it or put some kind of stamp.Thats what I have done so far
