How to get duplicate DL extract?

Hi everyone,
I have a situation here and need some guidance or a solution for it. I came to Canada as an international student with a DL extract and an International driving license. The only blunder I made was I soft laminated them. Now the DriveTest center here won't accept it and they gave me only 1 year of driving experience on the basis of my DL. The total driving experience I have is 7 years which can help me give my G test directly instead of G2.
Now the question is, how can get a duplicate DL extract being here in Canada?

Under “Driving License” option click on the “Services On DL (Renewal/Duplicate/AEDL/Others) button. Read the following and click on the “Continue” button. In the next page enter the driving license number and date and click the “Get DL Extract” Option.
